Two MFI 2014 projects won at AGORA Awards in Thessaloniki

The MFI is glad to announce that two projects participating in its 2014 program went on to win development awards at the AGORA of the 55th Thessaloniki International FIlm Festival (October 31 - November 9, 2014).

Tailor, by writer/director Sonia Liza Kenterman and producer Fenia Cossovitsa (Greece) won the French CNC (CENTRE NATIONAL DU CINEMA ET DE Lí IMAGE ANIMÉE) Development award of 7.000 euro, given in the context of AGORA's Crossroads Co-Production Forum (November 4-8).

Ark, by writer/director Aristotelis Marangos, co-writer Chrysoula Korovesi and producer Vasilis Chrysanthopoulos (Greece) won the development consulting award offered by INITIATIVE FILM (France), also in the context of Crossroads.

Two more 2014 MFI projects participated in Crossroads - 40% by writer/director Andrea Segre and co-writer Marco Pettenello (Italy) & Kila by writer/director Dimitris Koutsiabasakos and co-writer Glykeria Patramani (Greece).
